Airborne Airsoft Elite Cadre

If you are looking to improve your skills and drills and enhance your tactics, why not try our new graded system of Airsoft training, The Elite Cadre. The purpose of the Cadre is to run a series of graded sessions with students attending achieving a high standard of tactical awareness and the outcome of which will not only be an improved Airsoft experience, but also a graded ‘patch system’ similar in essence to martial arts belt systems. Each grade will entitle you to a discount at our other events, similar to a loyalty scheme, increasing in value depending on which patch you achieve and will also represent a rank structure within the cadre with the black patch being the senior grade. In time, the ‘black patches’ may be given opportunities to DS at our events and run their own sessions for Airborne Airsoft!

This is not as much about promoting elitism within Airsoft but more about creating a brotherhood within the sport of Airsoft, regardless of the colour of your patch. Simply by recognising someone else with a patch, you know immediately that you are kindred spirits and have more than a little in common. Also, the is no selection or rite of passage and no it doesn’t make you an SAS super soldier but, just like in martial arts, the more you attend and train, the quicker you will grade and achieve. The end result being the more tactically proficient you will become – a reason why special units train and train constantly. Hopefully by achieving your patches, you are becoming the Airsoft team leaders and ambassadors of the future!

Airborne Airsoft will be running ‘Cadre Drill nights’ as pre booked evening events for teams and in limited numbers. Upon arrival you parade as in the military for a briefing, receive training in various scenarios such as hostage rescue or room clearance and then test your skills for the second half of the evening in a scenario and shoot out. So why not come along and take part in our structured airsoft syllabus of training and significantly improve your airsoft experience?

Our team of directing staff have well over 100 years of military and tactical firearms experience between them and there is a lot of knowledge we want to pass on, all in the name of forging a brotherhood of tier 1 high calibre players.

Elite Cadre Grading Structure

	Black Patch highest Cadre grade and senior student. Estimated time to achieve = 2-3 years
	Blue Patch Senior student grade having demonstrated competency in most areas of training. Estimated time to achieve = 18 months to 2 years.
	Green Patch One of the hardest of the grades to achieve and a benchmark grade – you have made it over half way. Estimated time to achieve = 12 – 18 months
	Red Patch The second of the cadre grades. This patch means you have demonstrated tactical competency across some basic areas. Estimated time to achieve = 6 – 12 months
	White Patch Your first grade and recognition of good development and growing skills Estimated time to achieve = 0 – 6 months.

Time scales to achieve are entirely down to ability and regular attendance and the more grades you achieve, the cheaper your Airsoft with us becomes!

Drill night details:
On typical cadre Drill night you need to parade at the bunker at 1830hrs for briefing – training commences at 1900hrs till 2030hrs at which point you will move into a practical phase where you get to plan and execute your own mission while being put under a formative assessment where your progress will be observed and feedback given

Ammo Limits:
Due to the nature of the site and all contacts being close quarter adrenaline filled battles, weapons will be restricted to either single shot or pistols with ammo limits to make it more realistic and also prevent unnecessary injury.

Gun Rentals & Equipment:
PLEASE NOTE – If you need to rent gear from us, you MUST pre book your place at the skirmish, as rental equipment & spaces are limited. Walk-ons will usually be accepted, but be advised that you may be turned away should the event be over booked.

Places:
Places are on a first come first served basis and limited to 30 players. Why not book as a team and have our Drill night as a regular training facility where you can significantly improve your skills and maybe even become ‘Top airsoft dog’ in London! Notes:
Each Drill night will still count as an event for UKARA registering purposes so attend 3 in a row and get yourself licensed!
